We bought our ox blood 3 seater back in 2001. We were told this couch would last us forever and they were right. Having... survived 2 kids and many dogs sleeping on it, the frame is still fantastic and we’ve never had to restuff cushions. We will be emigrating and will sorely miss our large family couch as sadly it won’t fit in uk house. It certainly was an investment and hope the next family enjoys many years of family time on it.read more

We used Slabbert Custom Furniture to restore some sentimental couches of my parents from the 70's and we were more than... happy with the result. They managed to keep the style but make it look more modern. It is by far my favourite furniture in the house now. The work is of exceptional quality. Perfect stitching, full skins used, very neat and symmetrical. They replaced all the foam, tightened the springs and recovered the entire set. Now I will be able to pass the set down to my children. I can definitely recommend them.read more
